Tasks
Your Role as a Global Digital Marketer:
You'll be a key player in advancing VECTRA International's mission. Leveraging your expertise and experience, you'll develop and implement strategies, drive projects, and collaborate with team members to achieve outstanding results while adhering to our core values and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines to improve organic search rankings using AI.
- Innovate, plan and manage organic/paid search campaignDevelop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and action plans aligned with business goals supported by AI data and analysis.
- Identify target audience segments and create tailored marketing plans.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns.
- Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of organic (not paid) digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, social media, email, content marketing, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using AI and data-driven decisions for adjustments and improvements.
- SEO and SEM
- (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using AI.
- Email Marketing
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns with Zoho CRM.
- Segment email lists based on user behaviour and demographics for targeted messaging.
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Analytics and Reporting
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, Google Search Console, Google Looker Studio etc.) to track and report on campaign performance.
- Generate weekly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Testing of CMS, Webpage, Tools etc. and giving feedback to the development team.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, technologies and trends.
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for better open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years digital marketing work experience
- Degree/diploma in Digital Marketing
- HTML knowledge
- AI knowledge
- CRM knowledge
