Head Operator in 2-shifts

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Your Responsibilities as a HEAD OPERATOR / MACHINE OPERATOR:

• Setting up and operating roll forming machines according to the correct specifications.
• Converting and starting up the line during product changes.
• Performing quality checks and recording measurement data.
• Keeping track of production and downtime.
• Maintaining a clean workplace according to the 5S principle.
• Working in accordance with applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Reporting deviations to the team leader.

PROFIEL

• Education in technical secondary education (mechanics) or equivalent through experience.
• Technical insight and experience with production processes.
• Team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
• Willingness to alternate between different workstations.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
• Safety-conscious and precise.
• Willing to work in a 2-shift system (6 a.m.–2 p.m. and 2 p.m.–10 p.m.).
• You speak and understand fluent Dutch or English.

• Hourly wage starting from €19/hour (excluding shift premium: 12% early shift, 19% late shift).
