Quality and training officer | Mechelen Zuid

For a company specialized in picking and packing of medical test kits, we are looking for a Quality and Training officer.

As quality and accuracy are the main goal during the whole production and packing process, you will be the one coaching your colleagues on making sure everything goes as it should!

• Conduct routine inspections of kitting, packaging, and warehousing operations to verify compliance with defined quality standards.
• Ensure all products are correctly picked, labeled, assembled, stored, and packaged per production requirements and customer specifications.
• Perform spot checks and random sampling to monitor overall product quality.
• Plan, organize, and execute internal audits to assess adherence to internal policies, procedures, and industry standards. Document audit results, identify non-conformances, and collaborate with relevant departments to develop corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve recurring problems and prevent future occurrences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving capabilities
• Naturally curious, with a drive to identify and implement process improvements
• Customer service experience, including handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software applications
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus Language skills: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Education: Minimum secondary education in Humanities, with or without specialization

• You will start with a temporary contract Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM- 5 PM
• Salary as of €2800 gross/month or €17,50 gross/hour
• Meal voucher of €8/ day worked
• Reimbursement for transport costs
