About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a SharePoint-based intranet migration and digital transformation initiative. This role focuses on managing infrastructure and development-related projects, ensuring smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, and successful change adoption.
You will work in a dynamic environment, driving project execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage intranet migration projects in a SharePoint environment
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for digital transformation initiatives
- Apply structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK)
- Manage project risks, issues, timelines, and deliverables
- Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders
- Drive change management activities to support adoption
- Facilitate Agile project delivery practices where applicable
- Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and service management standards
- Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation
Required Skills & Experience
Core Experience- Proven experience as a Project Manager in infrastructure or development projects
- Strong background in digital transformation programs (10+ years preferred)
- Hands-on experience managing SharePoint-related projects
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Strong knowledge of:
- PRINCE2, PMBOK, or similar methodologies (certification preferred)
- Risk management and issue management practices
- Experience using project tools such as:
- MS Project
- MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks
- Functional knowledge of intranet and collaboration technologies
- Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders across all organizational levels
- Strong experience in change management and communication strategies
- Fluent in Dutch (CEFR Level C2 – mandatory)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage complex projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Start Date: April 2026

- Workload: 80% (part-time engagement)
