We are looking for a warehouse operator for a company in Zaventem.
You will be responsible for the daily warehouse operations and help your team to ensure processes run efficiently and safely.
Your responsibilities:
- You coordinate inbound (receiving, storage, inventory) and outbound (picking, packing, shipping) activities
- You check incoming goods (including cold chain) and monitor stock levels
- You work with WMS and report on performance
- You plan transport and oversee order processing
- You ensure safety, quality (SOPs), and warehouse organization
- You improve processes and solve operational issues
- You have a first experience working in a warehouse
- You have experience with WMS, inventory management, and order processing
- Knowledge of pharma/logistics SOPs is a plus
- You have strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- You are hands-on, accurate, and able to perform under pressure
- You have a very good knowledge of English. In addition, you also have a very good knowledge of Dutch or French
