As a machine operator, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production lines. You ensure a smooth and safe process from start-up to quality control. You handle minor technical issues independently and work closely with your colleagues and the shift supervisor.
Your responsibilities:
- Starting up and setting machines according to production guidelines
- Continuously monitoring the production process and intervening when needed
- Performing quality checks based on predefined standards
- Resolving first-line technical issues and reporting larger problems
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- You have a stable experience as an operator and a strong technical interest
- You are precise, independent, and quality-focused
- You have a good command of English
- You are available to work fixed night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
- A full-time position with the option of a permanent contract
