About the role:

Working at Jan De Nul means contributing to solutions for some of the greatest challenges of our time: from the energy transition and rising sea levels to smart mobility and sustainable urban development. We are fully committed to digitalization and process improvement to help realize these ambitions.

A key component of this effort is the implementation of a new ERP system (MS Dynamics 365) to support our financial and logistical processes. To help steer this project in the right direction, we are looking for a driven ERP Business Track Lead for our procurement processes.

What you’ll do:

As an ERP Business Track Lead – Procurement, you are the key figure within our ERP program when it comes to all central procurement processes. You will be part of the Flow team and collaborate closely with the Procurement Excellence team, ERP specialists, and key users.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating, planning, and following up on ERP project activities related to procurement
  • Translating needs from the procurement organization into functional ERP solutions
  • Collaborating with the Procurement Excellence team on process improvements
  • Developing and promoting best practices for ERP usage
  • Supporting the procurement team, training key users, and managing priorities
  • Coaching and guiding teams in problem-solving within the ERP context

What do you bring to the table?

You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in an economic or technical field and have at least ten years of experience in Continuous Improvement and/or Operational Excellence, with a strong focus on ERP implementations. You have a proven track record with ERP systems in procurement processes, preferably within an international corporate environment.

Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a strong asset.

You are a true team player with excellent communication and coaching skills. You work in a structured and pragmatic way, balancing attention to detail with efficiency. You think in terms of processes, have a strong analytical mindset, and can clearly map processes.
Thanks to your customer-oriented approach and strong stakeholder management skills, you are able to balance different needs and priorities effectively. You thrive in a project-driven environment and are familiar with the fundamentals of project management.

Lastly, you enjoy working independently, manage your time well, and are fluent in both Dutch and English.

Why working for us:
