Our client is a fast-growing international law firm with great ambitions. They are looking for a seasoned HR Manager who can support the growth and development of this office.
We are seeking an experienced HR & Recruiting Manager to join a leading international law firm in Brussels. In this high-impact role, you will work closely with senior leadership in London and play a key part in supporting the firm's continued growth.
Your new role- You will be responsible for delivering both HR and legal recruitment services, including:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for legal interns, trainees, and lateral hires
- Coordinating interviews, onboarding, and candidate experience
- Building relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and professional bodies
- Supporting lawyer development, training, and performance review processes
- Advising on employee relations and HR policies
- Overseeing HR administration, onboarding, and offboarding processes

Your Profile- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and/or recruitment, ideally within a law firm or professional services
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Fluency in English and French or Dutch
