We are looking for an Onsite Technician with experience in IT desktop support and end-users support at large multinational companies, in order to support our customers in Brussels.
You will be in charge to
Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues in computer Hardware and software in systems such as Laptops, Desktops, Printers, Mobile devices, and Tablets...
Provide general desk side support, imaging/ re-imaging PCs and laptops.
Coordinate with the third-party service provider for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty and repair minor Hardware flaws.
Provide assistance in installing other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., and cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc.
Provide smart hands and eyes support led by a remote team for network devices and servers.
What you have
Living in Belgium (On-site position located in Brussels)
Fluent in French & Dutch, and conversational English
Previous experience as a Helpdesk technician or other customer support role
Familiarity with: Microsoft technologies (Windows, Windows Server (2016/2019), MS Office 365, Exchange Server, SCCM)
Ticketing tools, dealing with incidents and requests in accordance with SLAs.
Knowledge of system security and data backup/ restore.
In-depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks.
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles.
Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
