Unique Waregem is looking for a German and/or English speaking Lead Generation Specialist for a company based in Deerlijk.

Your responsibilities as a Lead Generation Specialist:

• Support lead generation team with tools, materials, and process coordination
• Monitor and update CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date lead data
• Coordinate outreach efforts, schedule follow-ups, and track campaign effectiveness
• Develop and maintain call/email templates, objection-handling guides, and call scripts
• Generate reports and dashboards for performance tracking and insights
• Support team alignment across markets and languages
• Identify new lead sources and target customer segments
• Telephone contact potential customers to identify appropriate contacts
• Direct contact with heads of technical services or fleet managers to organize test drives of small electric utility vehicles
• Documentation of all contacts and conversation results in the CRM system
• Close collaboration with the sales team to optimize customer acquisition and demo planning

Profiel

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups.
• Comfortable working in dynamic, multilingual, or international environments.
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
• Ability to engage others and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience using digital tools and AI-driven applications to enhance efficiency.
• Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Experience with cold calling, B2B sales, or marketing automation tools is a plus.
