Seeking a Lead Business Analyst to guide analysis and delivery of digital and operational transformation projects across a parking network. Translate complex challenges into actionable solutions from ideation to production, collaborating with product, engineering, and business teams across multiple countries.
Key responsibilities
Lead project ideations to define scope, assess risks, and structure solution options for business decisions
Develop logical data models and document functional requirements with full traceability throughout the project lifecycle
Establish API design standards, ensuring secure access and GDPR-compliant data handling
Manage the annual roadmap, conduct quarterly stakeholder alignment sessions, and structure backlog refinements to improve sprint planning
Monitor operational metrics via dashboards, setting alert thresholds and reporting logic
Facilitate cross-country workshops and act as primary liaison among business, product, and technical teams

Scrum or agile delivery certification or background
