Tasks and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Payroll & HR Administration professional to strengthen an HR team in Brussels. Because of a high workload and short deadlines, a quick start-up and the ability to become operational rapidly are important.
During the first three months, on-site presence is required. After that, hybrid work is possible.
Main responsibilities- Handling payroll activities for approximately one third of the role
- Managing HR administration for approximately two thirds of the role, including contracts, addenda, employee files and HR-related questions
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative workflows
- Working with HR data, Excel files and reporting
- Proven experience in payroll and HR administration
- Mandatory experience with HR Accent
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with HR reporting is a strong asset
- Able to work independently and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and French
- Background in a medior-level payroll-focused HR administration role
