We're looking for a pragmatic and driven IT Support Engineer to be the go-to person for onsite and remote support, hardware setup, troubleshooting, and user assistance — all within a solid and supportive team.
IT Support Engineer - 🎯 What You'll Do
Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support: printers, password resets, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.
Troubleshoot proactively — escalate only after you've explored every solution
Prepare and configure IT hardware for new employee onboarding
Install switches, PCs, and provide onsite support in shops across Belgium (approx. once a week)
Be a crucial link between users and the infrastructure team
IT Support Engineer - 🌟 What You Bring
1 to 3 years of experience in IT support (1st/2nd line)
Strong technical skills: Windows, VPN, DNS, Active Directory, Wi-Fi
Bonus points if you have telecom experience or have worked with providers like Dstny
Fluent in French, good command of English (Dutch is a strong asset)
Most importantly: you're resourceful, humble, curious, and passionate about delivering quality work
