As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for managing an exciting product portfolio, from idea to commercialization. You'll work to grow the brand's market presence, optimize profitability, and develop impactful launch strategies. Your role as Product Manager will require you to understand consumer needs and market trends through data analysis.
You'll implement effective promotional campaigns and actively participate in marketing strategies, especially in connection with digital aspects. As a Product Manager, you'll also ensure rigorous monitoring of the marketing budget allocated to your portfolio.

- Manage the product portfolio (existing and new products), including commercialization, market growth, profitability tracking, and go-to-market plans.
- Utilize data analytics to understand consumer/shopper insights, competitive trends, and key portfolio benefits to best position our branded products.
- Provide constant feedback to Regional and Global Teams.
- Implement product and pricing strategies in alignment with Regional/Global Marketing.
- Develop promotional campaigns and drive POS-material development for the product portfolio.
- Support the Senior Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing media campaigns (PAID Digital and non-digital), following the communication strategy based on portfolio objectives.
- Control the A&P budget (Advertising & Promotion) of the assigned product category portfolio, ensuring no overspend and key promotions are well managed, providing a clear ROI.

- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Two years of experience as a Marketing Generalist, ideally in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
- Proven experience in supervising outside vendors and agencies.
- Proficiency in using and understanding IRI/Nielsen data and relevant market analytics tools.
- Deep understanding of KPIs and the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement.
- Excellent business communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- You are fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
