Machine Operator - Dayshift!

FUNCTIEOMSCHRIJVING

Our client, a company active in the horticultural sector, is looking for a highly motivated machine operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up the sorting machines.

• You will be responsible for the supply and removal of the necessary materials and will contribute to productivity by striving to achieve the set targets.
• When new batches of plants need to be sorted, you will set up the machine correctly for this purpose.
• Quality is important to you and you will make adjustments where necessary to maintain it at the highest level.
• You will work closely with the planner and team leader and monitor the machine planning together with them.
• You report daily to the production manager and keep communication up to date.
• You have good PC skills or are willing to improve them.
• You keep your workstation tidy.

PROFIEL

The ideal candidate our client is looking for has the following:

• You have an average to good command of the Dutch language.
• You have experience as an operator or have at least worked in an industrial environment.
• You can work independently, are reliable and have a good sense of responsibility.
• You are stress-resistant, independent and solution-oriented (you resolve technical malfunctions independently).
• You are handy with systems and can also set them up.
• You have the technical skills to solve minor (mechanical) problems.
• Physical work is no problem for you and you can cope well with working in hot conditions.
• You have the drive to master this position completely.

AANBOD

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., and are entitled to 12 ADV days per year.
