Management Assistant
Our client is an independent law firm recognised for its leadership and expertise and with an international reputation built upon an unchallenged expertise. Our Commercial, Litigation & Arbitration team is looking for an experienced Management Assistant, to ensure the smooth operation of the team by providing essential administrative support to our lawyers.

As a Management Assistant, you support our lawyers administratively. The range of tasks is varied and includes:
- Preparation and follow-up of the invoicing procedure.
- Opening and management of new matters in our ERP system.
- Support for 3 Partners and 2 Counsel and their teams in the day-to-day management of cases: preparation of court documents, finalisation of submissions, daily monitoring of deadlines, etc.
- Organisation, preparation and monitoring hearings within the firm
- Creation and update of our CRM data-base.
- Follow-up on lawyers' legal obligations (such as bar obligations).
- Organisation of meetings, both internal as external, and travel arrangements.
- Ensuring that all documents look pristine with impeccable layout.
- Calendar management for our lawyers.
- Creating PR/POs for the team, monitoring of expense notes.
- Kwalificatie
As a Management Assistant, you have a previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position and hold at least a Bachelor's degree. Experience in a law firm is considered a plus.
Moreover, you are a fluent communicator: you have an outstanding level of French and English, written and spoken, and a good knowledge of Dutch. You are fluent with the common MS Office tools.
