We are looking for German and Dutch speaking Customer Advisors to join a global support team for Volvo Trucks in Ghent. In this role, you will provide professional customer support and ensure high-quality service delivery in an international environment.

The first month of training is fully on-site. After training, the role continues in a hybrid model.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
Provide accurate information and support regarding services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Follow company procedures and service standards
Work in a 24/7 rotational shift system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests

Requirements

German and Dutch language skills (professional level required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotational shift system
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Team-oriented approach and adaptability
Previous customer service experience is an advantage
