Technician

Your responsibilities:

• You perform preventive maintenance according to schedule and efficiently resolve ad-hoc malfunctions.
• You conduct regular inspection rounds and check the condition of the machinery.
• You manage the spare parts inventory and ensure that technical documentation and diagrams remain up-to-date.
• You work strictly in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations (such as LOTOTO) and keep both your own workspace and the technical department impeccably clean.
• You coordinate priorities with team leaders, guide external technicians, and share your knowledge with operators to increase their technical insight.

• You have several years of experience as a technician within a production environment.
• You possess a good basic knowledge of quality systems and HACCP standards.
• A good command of Dutch or English is essential.
• You have strong analytical skills to understand and resolve complex malfunctions.
• You are accurate, integer, and possess good planning and organizational skills.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
