TECH : Truck Mechanician

Our client is a leading player in the transport sector, committed to ensuring operational excellence through the reliable performance of their fleet. To support this mission, they are looking for an experienced and hands-on Truck Mechanic for their fully equipped workshop in the region of Kontich.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and repairing trucks and trailers, ensuring they stay safe, efficient, and road-ready. You'll work in a dynamic environment where technical skill, independence, and problem-solving are highly valued.

• Carry out routine maintenance and mechanical repairs on trucks and trailers
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Perform work related to hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding
• Ensure all vehicles are functioning safely and in top condition
• Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and quality standards

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (e.g., truck, agricultural, or industrial mechanics)
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems
• Strong problem-solving ability and technical autonomy
• Eye for detail and a hands-on mentality
• Passion for vehicles and technical innovation
