Cutting machine operator - Meulebeke

The role involves working on cutting-edge production lines that use thermal, mechanical, and chemical treatment processes.

As an operator, you will work closely with a team, including mixing operators, line operators, shift managers, cutting machine operators, and spoolers, to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This position requires flexibility to work in 2-shift or 3-shift systems, depending on operational needs.

• Set cutting machines to specified length and width parameters for processing fleece materials.
• Monitor production processes and the quality of fleece through various quality measurements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions independently or with the shift manager's support.
• Collaborate with breakdown technicians for complex technical issues.
• Operate an overhead crane to weigh and move finished rolls.
• Label finished rolls and ensure proper handling for removal by forklift.
