Following the agreed cycles you will be calculating the promotional reimbursements and all other allowances; presenting the results to the respective vendor in order to be paid. You will be therefore work closely with mainly the most important vendors, Sally’s finance department, marketing and merchandising.
At the end of every month, you will manage the closings for CE and UK, by preparing all Vendor income files, related to accruals and additional ad hoc negotiated funding. You will prepare and monitor the Monthly Vendor Income meetings for closure and sign off by the Vendor Negiotation Manager and Chief Buying Officer.
Beside this, you are also responsible to manage the Stock write off process: by making sure all inventory data, as subject for the monthly stock write off, is completed in the dedicated stock write off files by the Merchandising team (Category managers).You manage the deadlines and set up the meetings with the internal stakeholders from finance and stores to effectively execute the write offs in the business

- Prior experience in vendor support, commercial operations, or finance-related roles
- Background in retail or consumer goods industry
