To ensure Econocom's growth, we are looking for a Senior Business Manager.
As a Senior Business Manager, you define and implement your own business strategy. Your mission includes business development , recruitment and management of consultants as well as the management of a profit center (revenue growth and profitability).
Your role?
Define and implement a proactive business development strategy focused on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with company objectives
Understand industry trends and client challenges to offer tailored, value-driven solutions
Prospect and engage potential clients, build long-term relationships, and convert leads into sustainable partnerships
Drive the full Sales cycle: from lead generation, qualification, negotiation, to deal closing and client onboarding
Manage customer relations and develop business opportunities within existing accounts
Engage stakeholders (clients, consultants, etc.) and oversee the entire commercial cycle
Ensure client acquisition, retention, and account growth by identifying opportunities and maximizing value
Recruit and develop consultants to align with client needs and project goals
Lead and support teams, ensuring their development and well-being
Monitor project delivery and manage operational transitions (onboarding, inter-contracts, offboarding)
Manage a profit center by optimizing revenue, profitability, and long-term sustainability
Handle urgent business situations (e.g., terminations, cancellations) while ensuring client satisfaction and operational continuity
What do you already bring to the table?
You have 3 to 5 years' experience in recruitment and business development in technical sectors.
You have proven experience in team management and know how to demonstrate leadership.
You speak French and Dutch perfectly and demonstrate a very good knowledge of English.
You are able to anticipate needs and issues, allowing you to act quickly and efficiently.
You are results-oriented, and demonstrate diplomacy and persuasion in your professional exchanges.
You have a driver's license.
