The Role
As our Pack & Tech Coordinator, you act as the essential bridge between internal operations and our vast packaging network. Your mission is to ensure a high level of service through compliant and efficient clinical supply processes. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders in Procurement, Quality, and Finance to ensure every patient dose is delivered successfully.

- Logistics management: Initiate and oversee the shipment of finished clinical goods from vendors into our distribution network.
- Operational excellence: Coordinate source medication lists and resolve supply-related issues involving inventory and packaging.
- Compliance: ensure all activities adhere to GMP guidelines, J&J SOPs, and international regulatory requirements like ICH-GCP.
- Process improvement: Identify process gaps through data analysis and support projects to improve business tools.
- Stakeholder communication: Act as a key point of contact for vendor sites and leadership, escalating risks and providing clear updates.
- qualifications
- Education: a Bachelor’s Degree (0-4 years of experience) in Supply Chain, Science, or a related field, or a Pharm D.
- Experience: previous experience in clinical trial operations, project management, or pharma R&D is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: familiarity with GxP principles and systems like SAP, OMP, or e-marketplaces is a plus.
- Soft Skills: a "drive to make a difference" with the ability to multi-task and work independently within a global team.
- Language: fluency in English is essential
