Team Coach 2-shifts

About the job

We need a people-focused Team Coach who feels comfortable working with a mix of personalities and stays calm and approachable under pressure. You help create a positive team atmosphere and you remain calm and respectful in a varied team environment.

• Coach and support warehouse workers so they can work safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
• Motivate the team and help them reach daily targets.
• Follow up on work schedules (limited administration).
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operational Manager.

Who are we looking for?

• Willing to work in 2 shifts and occasionally on Saturdays.
• Strong people and coaching skills: you enjoy guiding and motivating others.
• Calm, positive, and level-headed in all situations.
• Hands-on, proactive, and reliable under pressure.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus, but people skills are most important.
• Basic PC or administration skills are a plus.
