IT Project Manager – ERP Transformation (SAP ECC / Future ERP)

Context

A large public/infrastructure organization is looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support a major ERP transformation program. The organization currently operates SAP ECC and is preparing a transition to a new ERP solution (selection still in progress via public procurement).

Role

The IT Project Manager will lead multiple business–IT initiatives with a strong focus on ERP transformation, governance, testing, and change management.

• Lead SAP ECC future ERP transformation
• Manage public procurement process for ERP solution and implementation partner selection
• End-to-end project management (scope, planning, budget, risks, resources)
• Coordinate migration and transition activities
• Set up and manage test strategy (UAT, regression, end-to-end testing)
• Stakeholder and key user management
• Change management and user adoption support
• PMO reporting and project governance
• Use of tools such as Jira, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and ITSM systems

• SAP ECC / SAP IS-U
• Future ERP (to be selected)
• Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate)
• Jira / PMO tools
• IT Service Management tools (e.g. TOPdesk or similar)

Requirements

Must-have:

• Proven experience as IT Project Manager in ERP transformation programs
• Strong SAP ECC experience
• Experience with public procurement / tender processes
• Strong PMO skills (budget, planning, risk management)
• Experience with test and change management

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in utilities or public sector
• SAP IS-U knowledge
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience

• Full-time (40h/week)
• Onsite minimum 3 days per week
• Duration: approx. 440 working days (up to 880 days including extension)
• Working hours: office hours only (no overtime without approval)

• Freelancer or internal consultant via detachment
