For an international, marketing-driven organisation specialised in premium presentation solutions, we are looking for a Distributor Developer for an inside sales role. In this position, you will be responsible for activating, supporting and growing a network of approximately 50 existing distributors across Europe.

You build strong relationships through smooth telephone and digital communication, stimulate product adoption and motivate partners to work more actively and consistently with the product offering. You combine a warm, personal approach with a solid commercial instinct.

Your role is a blend of farmer (relationship, retention, follow-up) and hunter (spotting opportunities, driving upsell, creating growth). You work in a structured manner, build momentum and take satisfaction from achieving stable, long-term growth with smaller accounts.

Your responsibilities
  • - Manage and develop a portfolio of approximately 50 existing distributors.
  • Proactively reach out to partners by phone or video to:
increase product adoption, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, understand and remove sales blockers.
  • Drive repeat orders and create recurring commercial momentum.
  • Reactivate inactive or underperforming distributors through targeted actions.
  • Create simple growth plans per partner, including priorities, next steps and follow-up cadence.
  • Coach distributors on product knowledge, positioning and sales arguments.
  • Gather market insights and distributor feedback and share them internally with marketing, customer support and sales.
  • Ensure accurate CRM usage, including notes, signals and pipeline updates.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to smoothly coordinate partner initiatives.

Profiel

Your Profile:

  • Experience in inside sales, account management, customer success, sales development or partner/distributor management (B2B).
  • You communicate strongly by phone and video, and you know how to engage and motivate people remotely.
  • You are a natural relationship builder with a commercial mindset: you recognise growth opportunities and are confident acting on them.
  • You work in an organised, structured and disciplined way, with accurate follow-up in CRM.
  • You feel comfortable in a role that involves many smaller accounts and a high contact volume.
  • You are fluent in English. Driven, warm, proactive and results-oriented — that’s who you are.
