About the Role
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic international team based in Ghent, Belgium.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have strong communication skills in multiple languages.
Language Requirements
Candidates must have English + one of the following language combinations:
- German + Dutch
- Czech + (Polish or Lithuanian or German or Russian)
- Finnish + Swedish
Important: You do not need all languages — one full combination is sufficient.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and service quality
- Follow internal processes and KPIs
- Collaborate with international teams
- Maintain accurate records in systems
- Fluency in English + one of the listed language combinations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotating 24/7 shifts
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
