This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, customer interaction, and working in an international environment while building long-term career opportunities in Portugal.- Language: Dutch + English
- Location: Lisbon, Portugal
- Work Model: On-Site
- Schedule: Monday–Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (Rotational); Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 – 17:00; 2 Rotational Days Off
- Relocation Support: Available for eligible candidates with work authorization
- Fluent Dutch and good English communication skills
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and open to feedback
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Support customers with technical and service-related inquiries
- Provide accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues using internal systems and tools
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
- 1,100€ gross salary x14 salaries
