Operations Coordinator (Multilingual) – Relocation Support

Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shifts (7h30/day + 30 min break)

About the Role

We are currently hiring Operations Coordinators to join a dynamic international team based in Ghent, Belgium. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and have strong communication skills across multiple languages.

Language Requirements

Candidates must have English + one of the following language combinations:

• German + Dutch
• Czech + (Polish or Lithuanian or German or Russian)
• Finnish + Swedish

Important: You do not need all languages — one full combination is sufficient.

• Coordinate daily operational activities and workflows
• Act as a point of contact for multilingual stakeholders
• Handle inquiries, issue resolution, and process follow-ups
• Ensure service quality and adherence to internal KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams

• Fluency in English + one of the listed language combinations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Previous experience in operations, customer support, or coordination is a plus
