Service technieker
As a service technician/installer, you are responsible for the installation and start-up of production lines at customers. Depending on the projects, you work independently or in a team to install and commission the systems according to customer specifications.
You work closely with the project leader, programmer, and designers to ensure that the production line functions optimally. The goal of your role is to perfectly adjust the production line and ensure it is ready for production, in line with customer requirements.
This role is not a 9 to 5 job and requires regular travel, often abroad. As an installer, you are also available to provide interventions and support as a service technician at customers, for both preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.

- Practically oriented with a hands-on mentality.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Advanced from an internal position as an electrical or mechanical technician, or equivalent experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge for performing technical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of English is required; other languages are a plus.
- Smooth communication and collaboration with colleagues and customers.
- Structured work and logical thinking to solve technical issues.
- Experience with packaging machines, robotics or in the food sector is recommended and a plus.
